The BPSC Paper Leak Controversy

Today, January 7, the Supreme Court did not consider the writ vacating appeal against the Bihar Public Service Commission, which ordered the first stage of the 70th Combined Competitive Examination on the pretext of a paper leak. The Court has directed the Petitioner to prefer the Patna High Court on Article 226 Jurisdiction.

The bench, which includes CJI Sanjiv Khanna, Justice Sanjay Kumar, and Justice KV Vishvanathan, was considering a motion for cancellation of the 70th Combined Competitive Examinations (preliminary), which were organized by the BPSC on the accusation of a paper leak. The petitioner also wants the representatives to be set up to investigate the manner in which the BPSC organized the examination.
